Flu Vaccination – Northern Ireland

The flu vaccination is free if you fall into one of the following groups:

• Aged 65 or over (or turning 65 by 31 March 2027)
• Aged 18 to 64 and in a clinical at-risk group
• Residents and staff of an RQIA registered care home
• Anyone who is immunosuppressed, or a close contact of an immunocompromised person
• Carers
• Pregnant women
• Health and Social Care workers
• High risk poultry and avian animal health workers
• High risk cattle and swine workers
• Rough sleepers and homeless hostel users

When you book you will be asked a few short questions to confirm that you are eligible and that the vaccination is suitable for you.
